The sustained and developing construction industry needs a vast amount of material because it is becoming more extensive and sustainable day by day. Problems are also increasing in line with development. Many advanced composite materials and solutions are coming up in the current construction industry to solve these problems. However, these require more comfortable and extensive use. For that, we have to find out cheap and sustainable materials. This research paper aims to combine advanced materials and solutions to create more sustainable solutions and new material. That will enrich the industry and increase more use in the path of development of the construction industry. The factors that have to consider in doing so, these materials and solutions are how much economical, available in the market, able to solve chronic problems, easier to use, and sustainability. Recycled aluminum cans are going to be the material for this study.
This paper is an experimental investigation and analytical simulation of thermal effects on mass concrete structures in the tropics. A study of the tem-perature rise of a 1.1 m × 1.1 m × 1.1 m experimental mass concrete block, well instrumented with thermocouples to monitor the temperatures distribution was performed. A validated finite element model was used to predict the temperature development of the hydrating experimental mass concrete block. Thermal stress analysis was performed to give an estimate of stresses induced by the thermal gradient of the concrete block section and the crack index was used to quantify the probability of thermal cracking. The temperature rise during concrete hardening is caused by the hydration of cement paste [6,7]. The heat evolution of concrete is particularly important with regard to mass concrete that used for dams and large foundations in which the maximal temperature may reach even 50-70°C [8,9]A parametric study on the effect of the surface area to volume ratio (SVR) of mass concrete was performed to quantify the maximum allowable thermal gradient as well as the induced thermal stresses that may cause thermal cracks. For SVR less than 0.36, thermal cracks may occur at early ages of concrete strength development in the tropics. Subsequently, thermal cracks occur when the tensile stress reaches the tensile strength of concrete. Researchers of this study

Plastic is a miracle material. In modern civilization every day we used a lot of plastic for many purposes especially bottles for the beverage industry. These used plastic bottles are disturbing our soil and marine environment. There has some recycling process but not utilizing in our construction industry. We already know about the use of synthetic fiber in structure to make it more intensive. plastic bottle to synthetic fiber for the textile industry is becoming popular now. But the production of wastage is huge than the recycling rate for the textile industry. So we need much more recycling processes. My proposal is that use this process in our construction industry as fiber. We going to use this in structure so we don’t need many refined plastics as the textile industry. This means it will be very cheaper than synthetic fiber. By this process, we can prevent the landfill of non-disposable plastic wastage. We can save our soil and marine environment altogether. In methodology, we will follow the textile industry recycling process and the ACI code for fiber.

publication descriptionThe developing construction industry needs a large amount of material to meet the requirement and solving chronic problems. Problems are increasing in line with the development of materials. Many advanced materials and solutions are coming up in the current construction industry. Here you can find the structural and architectural concepts which are very important to know for the materials detailing.
first of all, I would like to share my country weather that you can understand well about materials what we use and why.
Dhaka experiences a hot, wet, and humid tropical climate. Under the Köppen climate classification, Dhaka has a tropical wet and dry climate. The city has a distinct monsoonal season, with an annual average temperature of 25 °C (77 °F) and monthly means varying between 18 °C (64 °F) in January and 29 °C (84 °F) in August.[1] Nearly 80% of the annual average rainfall of 1,854 millimeters (73.0 in) occurs during the monsoon season which lasts from May until the end of September.[1] Increasing air and water pollution emanating from traffic congestion and industrial waste are serious problems affecting public health and the quality of life in the city.[2] Water bodies and wetlands around Dhaka are facing destruction as these are being filled up to construct multi-storied buildings and other real estate developments. Coupled with pollution, such erosion of natural habitats threatens to destroy much of the regional biodiversity.[2]
Cold weather is unusual in and around Dhaka. When temperatures decrease to 8 °C (46 °F) or less, people without warm clothing and living in inadequate homes may die from the cold.

Discussion on the technology of controlling thermal crack of mass concrete in the tropics: Experimental, modelling and parametric studies
This paper is an experimental investigation and analytical simulation of thermal effects on mass concrete structures in the tropics. Researchers of this study developed a new automated curing system, which maintains the gap between the internal temperature and external temperature of a structure below a temperature criterion in order to minimize the thermal cracks of mass concrete. The developed curing method was successfully demonstrated through a mock-up test and a field application. Accordingly, it is concluded that the automated curing system developed in this study can improve.
